Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the mishap occurred when the brakes of a Tempo vehicle reportedly failed, causing the driver to lose control and resulting in the accident. They said two tourists travelling in the vehicle and the driver were injured in the incident. All the injured were immediately shifted to a nearby healthcare facility for treatment.
